Britton Marine Electronics is a full service mobile marine electronics and electrical system installer and service provider. 

Chris Britton is the owner of Britton Marine Electronics. With over 20 years of experience in the marine industry, he holds certifications from American Boat and Yacht Council, National Marine Electronics Association, and the Landing School of Boat Building and Design.

In 2001, Chris began his career in the marine industry at Shannon Yachts in Bristol, RI working in the cabinet shop building custom yacht interiors. By 2003, Chris completed the Boatbuilding and Marine Systems Program at the Landing School of Boat Building and Design in Kennebunk, ME. Chris then went to work at Cay Electronics  in Portsmouth, RI installing and servicing electronic and electrical systems on a variety of yachts and boats.  Shortly after, Chris was given an opportunty to build for SeaForce IX Yachts in Florida. Pursuing his passion for boats and surfing, Chris relocated to Southern California in 2005 and spent 5 years working for Outbound Yacht Services before starting his own company Britton Boatworks in 2010. While running Britton Boatworks, Chris had the pleasure of working on some of the finest yachts on the West Coast which included: Nordhavn, Flemming, Viking, Pacific Seacraft, and many other top brands. During this time, Chris also met his wife, Judy. In 2016, they moved to Pennsylvania for a short time to start a family. Since then, Chris and his family have made it back to their hometown in New England and started Britton Marine Electronics on the East Coast. Chris attributes the skills he's learned and his ability to make a career in the marine industry to the exceptional teachers, craftsmen, technicians, and friends he's made along his journey.
